About bu9

Our Mission

bu9 was created with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players a premium, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoyable online gaming experience. From day one, we have focused exclusively on the Bangladesh market — understanding the local culture, the passion for cricket, the preference for bKash and Nagad payments, and the growing appetite for world-class live casino entertainment.

We are not just another offshore platform with a Bangladeshi flag pasted on the homepage. bu9 is designed from the ground up for players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and beyond. Every game category, every payment option, and every support channel has been selected with the Bangladeshi player in mind. That is the bu9 difference — local heart, global standards.

Who We Serve

bu9 is built for adults aged 21 and above who enjoy online betting and casino gaming in Bangladesh. Our primary audience includes cricket enthusiasts who love to wager on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers. We also serve players who prefer live baccarat, roulette, poker, and slots from providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe.

Whether you are a high roller seeking a premium live casino experience or a casual player looking to enjoy a few rounds of slots between cricket overs, bu9 has a seat at the table for you. Our platform is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, optimised for mobile so you can play from anywhere in Bangladesh — from Cox's Bazar to Mymensingh.

Our Core Values

• ✔ Local Connection — We speak your language (English), accept your payment methods, and understand the sports you love. bu9 is genuinely rooted in the Bangladesh experience.

Our Journey

bu9 did not appear overnight. It was built carefully, milestone by milestone, with the Bangladeshi player at the centre of every decision.

• Foundation bu9 launched with a focused game library including cricket betting, live baccarat, and essential slot titles chosen specifically for Bangladeshi tastes.
• Payment Expansion bKash and Nagad integration went live, making deposits and withdrawals instant for players across Bangladesh — a critical milestone for local accessibility.
• Platform Growth We crossed 200,000 registered players and expanded our live casino offering with top-tier studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
• Community & Trust bu9 reached 500,000+ active players with a dedicated responsible gaming programme and round-the-clock Bangla and English support teams.

Payment Methods We Support

bu9 accepts all major local and international payment methods so Bangladeshi players can move money quickly and safely. Minimum deposit starts at ৳200 and withdrawals are typically processed within minutes.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

bu9 takes responsible gaming seriously. We firmly believe that gambling is a form of adult entertainment — not a way to earn income or solve financial problems. All players must be 21 years of age or older to register and play on bu9. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options for players who feel they need to take a break.

If you ever feel that your gambling behaviour is affecting your daily life, finances, or relationships, we urge you to reach out to our support team at [email protected] or visit our Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance and self-assessment resources.
